How to highlight an image on Mac?
Step 1: Double click on the image.

Step 2: Click on Tools in Preview bar on the top of the screen.
E.g:
If you want to highlight a part of the image with Rectangle shape. Click on Annotate below Tools then Click on Rectangle. Click and Drag a rectangle shape that you want.
