How to add a new user?
Step 1: Once you log in your Echo360 account, click on Users in the top toolbar.
Step 2: Then click on the Add user button right below your profile on the right side of the page.
Step 3: A window will pop up. (Here is a filled-out example)



Required Email address: email your preferred
Single Sign On Id: (i.e, jiazhuang@xxx.edu)
Then select the role that you want to assign the new user in Select the user’s role(s).
Step 4: Click on NEXT, check whether every information is correct, then click on INVITE button.

Once you click on INVITE, the status of the new user in Echo360 will be active.

How to create a new course?
Attention: CPE courses and Isenberg courses don’t use Echo360.
Step 1: Once you log in your Echo360 account, click on Captures in the top toolbar.

Step 2: Then click on the NEW COURSE button right below your profile on the right side of the page.

Step 3: Course code is 6 digit code, which you can find in SPIRE.

How to approve a capture request?
Step 1: Once you log in your Echo360 account, click on Captures in the top toolbar.

Step 2: Then click on the NEW CAPTURE button right below your profile on the right side of the page.

Step 3:
Live:
If you want Live stream capture, turn on the Live button.
When(Time period):
Time period of per capture: Up to 4 hours.
If the event/lecture is longer than 4 hours, we need to divide the event/lecture into two sections.
Starts/Ends:

Starts: 15 minutes before the request time

Ends: Exact time as the request time

Attention: Only when instructors ask for (accessibility request), we don’t turn on CC.
