First you need to make sure that you have a clear outline of your documentation. Using Heading 1, 2, 3, 4,... and Normal text instead of just changing the font of your text.

Because Automatic Content will only recognize Heading 1, 2, 3, 4,... .

 

After making the online clear, you can start to add your content page.

 

Step 1: Click on Insert in the toolbar below the name of your documentation.

 

Step 2: Click on Table of contents.

 

Step 3: Choose the first one with page number behind each headings.
